Help articles don't work properly on iPads and Macs

Certain help articles on iPads or Mac computers, are not displaying correctly.

Status - Pending on partner service
This is a bug with the service used to provide the help article and in-app support experience. We have reported this bug to their engineering team and are waiting for a fix.

Workaround
Please view the desired article on a mobile phone or Windows computer.
