Auto-populate completion date from start date and duration

When the start date of a scheduled item changes, the scheduled completion date should update automatically based on the item's duration days instead of requiring a manual edit. Duration days should remain unchanged when the completion date recalculates. This would remove a repetitive manual step in schedule creation.
