Go to previous page after maintenance mode ends

When TPTM is in maintenance mode, it goes to /maintenance in the URL. Even if maintenance mode ends, refreshing the page still shows the maintenance error. Update the behavior so that when maintenance mode ends, you go back to the page you were looking at before or the home page.
